The location couldn't be more brilliant and pleasant in a more residential area that was n't always teeming with tons of people.

It was truly a quite comfortable stay for 2 nights, the hotel met the purpose. Everything was great, nonetheless a few employees were very unhelpful. The staff was really kind and very very nice, so I would stay here again.

it has excellent personnel and new-fashioned rooms with luxurious bathrooms. the location of the venue is amazing, so close to the park and metro, and restaurants and shops.

The bed was protruding, the roof terrace with a view of the city park beautiful, unfortunately a little crowded

The water in the pool was a little bit clearer, the rooms a little bit bigger and the room service was already at 9 o'clock in front of the door, we were still sleeping.

The location of the hotel was great - just a short walk away from a vast 19th-century park. The room was new-fashioned and had an absolutely fabulous view over the park.3. All of the staff was polite and attentive to guests.

The location is good. You can quickly get to the centre of the city in about 20 minutes on foot and see many interesting and good things. Bed extremely comfortable. Rooftop bar with pool - in good weather there is nothing better! Retiro Park nearby - a feast for the eyes! A recommendable hotel for a city trip to Madrid.

no drinks at the deck chairs in warm weather incomprehensible, I personally did not understand. Knowledge of English of the staff could be better. Choice on the menu of the restaurant could be much better.
